Meet Fiona Hewitt.
Fiona Hewitt is a strategy and workforce transformation advisor with more than 25 years' experience helping boards, executive teams and leadership groups navigate growth, transformation and organisational change across Australia and New Zealand.
Her work spans strategy, leadership, workforce capability and organisational design, combining strategic thinking with practical application to help organisations strengthen performance while preparing for the future.
Alongside her executive and advisory career, Fiona has spent the past five years studying the future of work and organisational revitalisation through executive programmes at Harvard and Sydney universities. That combination of practical experience and ongoing research shapes the way she works with leaders today.
Fiona is known for asking the questions leadership teams need to answer. Across organisations of every size, one theme continues to emerge: the biggest constraint on progress is rarely technology. More often, it is the way organisations think about leadership, work and change.
